Overview

S.A.V.E is an AI-powered virtual assistant designed to revolutionize how educational professionals, aspiring staff, and parents navigate the complex landscape of school bureaucracy. By centralizing information from fragmented ministerial websites (such as MIUR, Istanze Online, and USR), S.A.V.E simplifies access to official data and procedures through a single, intuitive interface.

The Challenge

The Italian school system’s digital infrastructure is notoriously complex, with 87% of users reporting they cannot find the information they need through official ministerial sites. Users often face disjointed portals, inconsistent information, and a lack of clear guidance for critical tasks like competition registrations, ranking checks, and document submissions.

The Solution

  • AI Chatbot Assistant: A 24/7 intelligent assistant that provides direct answers by extracting accurate data from ministry sites and user forums.
  • Centralized Information Portal: Connects disparate platforms into one cohesive experience, allowing users to search for legislation, bureaucratic procedures, and competition notices up to 6X faster than traditional methods.
  • Smart Agenda & Notifications: Automatically sets reminders for deadlines and notifies users of ranking updates or nomination placements in real-time.
  • Automated Form Submission: Simplifies the process of sending MAD (Messa a Disposizione) applications and other official forms directly through the app.

Design Approach

The project followed a rigorous design process, including extensive user research, persona development (e.g., the precarious teacher "Giuseppe"), and high-fidelity prototyping. The visual identity focuses on "Complexity to Simplicity," utilizing a clean, modern UI and a vibrant color palette to make daunting bureaucratic tasks feel more accessible and trustworthy.
